NeuroPace, Inc. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of the Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., April 26, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NeuroPace, Inc. (Nasdaq: NPCE), a commercial-stage medical device company focused on developing products to treat and transform the lives of patients suffering from epilepsy, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 6,900,000 shares of its common stock, including the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase 900,000 additional shares of common stock, at the initial public offering price of $17.00 per share. The gross proceeds to NeuroPace, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, were approximately $117.3 million. NeuroPace’s common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on April 22, 2021 under the ticker symbol “NPCE.”

J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. Wells Fargo Securities and SVB Leerink are also acting as book-running managers for the offering.
